El Pastor Enzo Raúl Vázquez Látimer nació el 23 de diciembre de 1971 en Río Piedras, Puerto Rico. Está casado con Lilyvette Carrión y es padre de Johanán y Thamár Vázquez. Juntos forman parte activa del Centro de Restauración Familiar Odres Nuevos, Inc.
El Pastor Vázquez posee un Bachillerato en Trabajo Social, una Maestría en Liderazgo Educativo y un Doctorado en Consejería Cristiana y Familiar. Actualmente desempeña su labor profesional como asistente de maestro en educación especial en la escuela Jefferson Elementary School, ubicada en Temple.

Pastor Enzo Raúl Vázquez Látimer was born on December 23, 1971, in Río Piedras, Puerto Rico. He is married to Lilyvette Carrión and is the father of Johanán and Thamár Vázquez. Together, they are active members of the Odres Nuevos Family Restoration Center, Inc.
Pastor Vázquez holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Christian and Family Counseling. He currently works as a teacher's assistant in special education at Jefferson Elementary School, located in Temple.

Lilyvette Carrión Quñones nació un 6 de Octubre Del 1978 en Fajardo, P.R. Es la Pastora Junto a su esposo Enzo Vázquez del Centro de Restauración Familiar Odres Nuevos Inc. Actualmente es Capellana y tiene un Bachillerato en educación Preescolar. Es la Organizadora del Programa de apoyo para mujeres "Libres en su presencia".
- Lilyvette Carrión Quñones was born on October 6, 1978 in Fajardo, P.R. She is the Pastor along with her husband Enzo Vázquez of the Family Restoration Center Odres Nuevos Inc. Currently she is a Chaplain and has a Bachelor's degree in Preschool Education. She is the Organizer of the support program for women "Free in His Presence."

Lizbetthe Rodriguez Santiago was born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Boricua College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services from Argosy University.
Lizbetthe is a dedicated Chaplain and volunteers at Seaton Hospital in Harker Heights, Texas. She is also a proud mother of three sons and currently resides in Killeen, Texas.
Deeply rooted in her community, Lizbetthe is passionate about serving others. She regularly feeds the homeless, assists the elderly, and remains actively involved in her local church, where she serves as both the pastor’s assistant and church secretary.
Lizbetthe believes that service is a profoundly rewarding endeavor—offering far more in return than it ever requires.
